SHOPPING INFORMATION
What happens after my order is placed?
Within 24-48 hours, your order will be processed, card details will be processed away from our site with the highest security level 3D Secure 2 by our preferred payment partner. We then send you an email confirmation of your order. Our delivery company, DPD Local, will also send you an email or SMS text to advise of a delivery date and time slot. This can be changed online to a different day or collection from a local DPD collection point.
What ordering services do you offer?
Ordering online has been made easy; just add all goods to the basket and proceed to check out. You will then be given a choice: you can either check out securely using credit/debit cards or PayPal, or you can choose bank transfer. This will give you a pro forma invoice and our bank details, and the goods will be held for 48 hours to arrange for a BACS payment to be made. T. 01543 732008
What payment do you accept?
We accept online credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cheques (5 working days to clear before goods are dispatched). We accept cash or credit/debit cards over the counter at our Midlands glowroom (Minimum £50+vat for counter sales)
Can we collect or view goods?
Yes by appointment only, please call us if you would like to visit to view our range or collect goods from the counter sales.
Can we order by phone?
Yes, but please remember this will not be as fast as online. We are an online wholesaler and not a standard cash and carry warehouse. We do not have staff whose job is to take telephone orders, so we will arrange to call you back and send you a secure payment link ASAP, but this will delay the dispatch of goods compared to ordering online. Do you offer discount codes?
We often have many different offers and codes (subject to minimum spend and conditions) for schools and charities, and some are exclusively available to our Facebook and TikTok followers, so like our pages NOW!
